Keto Pizza

This is a recipe I came up with and boy is it delicious!

It is so simple and very tasty! All you need is mozzarella cheese and toppings.

In a nonstick pan pour the mozzarella cheese to make a circle. Make it as big or small as you desire and based on your carb needs. I used shredded cheese but fresh should work as well.

The mozzarella should cook on medium low heat to not cook too rapidly. Once the edges of the circle start to get a brown color it should be down. Gingerly lift the cheese off the pan with a spatula and place on a plate.

In a separate pan cook up in butter or olive oil what you want on top. I usually make sausage, pepperoni and onion. Definitely check veg carbs because it does add up.

Once you are satisfied with how cooked the meat is, put it on top of the mozzarella circle. When the mozzarella part is cooled enough it can be cut into slices to hold easily and to dip.

This is my go to lunch when Im craving pizza but cant have the bread! Bon Appétit
